A man has been fined £15.1,000 after police found the woman had been shaved in his garden.
The incident happened in May 2015 at a property in Leicestershire.
A neighbour said the woman was a naked woman, but he was not aware she was a prostitute.
He told the police that he had not seen the woman before.
The man said the property was a “hot spot” for prostitution.
He said he did not want to see anyone else naked, so he decided to remove the woman’s clothes.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of breaching an order to remove her clothes and the charge was dropped.
The police were concerned that if the woman continued to wear the clothes, she could pose a risk to other people in the garden.
It was not known if the man had an alibi.
He was fined £12,800.
